Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

Welcome to Psyfit Mental Health (“Psyfit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, virtual psychiatric services, telehealth platform, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Nature of Services

Psyfit Mental Health provides virtual psychiatric and mental health services through telehealth technology. Services may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, ADHD assessments, treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, sleep disorders, and optional therapy or coaching support, when available.

Our Services are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Eligibility for Services

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old to consent to services on your own, or

  • Have a parent or legal guardian consent for services provided to a minor

You must also be physically located in a jurisdiction where Psyfit Mental Health providers are licensed to practice at the time of your appointment.

3. Telehealth Consent

By using our Services, you consent to receive care via telehealth. You understand that:

  • Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to enable providers to deliver care remotely

  • Telehealth may have limitations compared to in-person care

  • Technical issues may occasionally disrupt sessions

You may withdraw your consent to telehealth at any time by notifying us in writing; however, this may affect your ability to continue receiving services.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided on our website or through educational resources is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clinical decisions are made based on individual evaluations conducted by licensed providers. You should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of information obtained from our website.

5. Appointments, Fees & Payments

  • Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled through our booking system. Availability may vary.

  • Insurance: Acceptance of insurance, if any, will be clearly communicated. Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage and benefits.
  • Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments: Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Prescription Policy

Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate and at the discretion of the treating provider. Psyfit Mental Health does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.

Prescriptions may be adjusted, discontinued, or declined based on safety, effectiveness, compliance, or clinical judgment. Certain medications may require additional assessments or monitoring.
